Enterprise Java Beans (EJB)

Overview:
This four-day course with hands-on workshops is designed for Java programmers who wish to learn how to apply Enterprise Java Beans to object-oriented systems.

Prerequisites:
Prior to attending this class, students should have the following experience:

• Familiarity with the Java Programming Language

• Learn the roles of EJB containers in the server environment.
• Design Stateless and Stateful Session Beans.

• Understand how to apply Bean-Managed Persistence.
• Understand how to apply Container-Managed Persistence.
• Learn how to implement Transaction Processing with EJB.
• Use Java Messaging (JMS) with EJB components.
• Deploy EJB components.
• Integrate EJB components with servlets, JSP, and JDBC.
